TEAM NEWS: Brendan Rodgers names unchanged Liverpool XI as Cisse partners Ba up front for Newcastle

Liverpool are unchanged from their last Premier League outing as they play host to Newcastle at Anfield.

Brad Jones continues in goal for the Reds, while Brendan Rodgers also decides to stick with youngsters Andre Wisdom, Raheem Sterling and Suso.

Meanwhile, captain and talisman Steven Gerrard will make his 600th appearance for the club during the clash, as other star man Luis Suarez remains up front.

As for the Magpies, Alan Pardew makes three changes from the side that started the 2-1 victory over West Brom last time out as the north East outfit look to put straight a poor away record against the Merseyside outfit.

Match-winner Papiss Cisse replaces Shola Ameobi to partner Demba Ba up front, with Vurnon Anita and Steven Taylor coming in for Mike son and Danny Simpson in defence.

Elsewhere, Hatem Ben Arfa will look to threaten from midfield while the likes of Yohan Cabaye and Fabricio Coloccini will try and stop Gerrard from making it a memorable milestone.
