Liverpool do not want to postpone their game

LONDON – Liverpool’s Spanish manager Rafael Benitez hopes to play Wednesday afternoon their FA Cup match with Reading though the snow is once again affecting the northwest of England.

Following the cancellation of their league match last Sunday with Tottenham Hotspur in London at the poor conditions of roads surrounding the Anfield because of the climate, the English club has hired staff to maintain free access of snow and ice near the field.

The council has distributed the gravel area around the area.

The city of Liverpool (north of England) was affected by light snow while the meeting of the FA Cup only be altered without the weather conditions change dramatically.

A spokesman for English club said in a statement the league clash that should have taken place against Tottenham last weekend was properly canceled due to the condition of some of the roads around the field. “
